HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE

  1. Let the baby step inside an old shoe box.
  2. Move the back of the baby's heel against the wall of the box.
  3. Gently press down on top of your baby’s foot to ensure the foot is flat, so the toes are not curled up.
  4. Draw a line in front of the longest toe.
  5. Measure the length between the wall of the box and the line.
  6. Repeat the procedure for the other foot.
  7. One foot may be longer than the other, so make sure to use the measurement of the longer one.
  8. Consult our size chart below to define the right size.

    Examples:

    If the length of the foot is between 10 cm and 10.5 cm, we advise you to buy size 15/16.

    If the length of the foot is between 10.5 cm and 11.5 cm, we advise you to buy size 17/18.

    If the length of the foot is between 11.5 cm and 12.5 cm, we advise you to buy size 19/20.

    * The difference between the length of the insole and the length of the foot is the minimum space for the feet to move and grow freely.

      Worldwide shipping fee is €6.00 per pair (€3.00 per second pair in the same order). If your order is €60.00 or more, you are entitled to FREE standard shipping.

      All orders, made by 11am GMT Monday – Friday, will be processed and shipped the same day. No deliveries on Weekends or Holidays.

      Delivery time is up to 7 business days for European countries and 15 business days for other destinations.

      After the shipment you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number (if applicable).

      Special shipping rates (SSR) may apply for some contries, so if you have at least one item in your shopping cart you could check our Shipping Calculator for the exact delivety rates to your destination.

      RETURNS

      Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
      If you would like to schedule a return, please email us at support@walkkings.com no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. 
      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
      Gift cards are non-returnable. 

      REFUNDS

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
      Paid duties, taxes and shipping charges are non-refundable

      LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      EXCHANGES

      If you would like to exchange for a different size, please email us at support@walkkings.com not later than 30 days from the date of purchase to arrange exchange. 
      The shoes must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. 

      SHIPPING

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
      When shipping back an item you MUST provide a tracking number or shipping insurance. Otherwise, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
